From room photos to a PDF.
Create a move-in or move-out record, add room photos and short notes, then review a Chinese-language PDF. Records stay on the device by default; no account is required. These English instructions do not change the app or PDF language.
Create a record
Choose the move-in or move-out option.
Follow the room checklist
Record doors, windows, walls, floors, appliances and bathrooms.
Review the details
Check the date, room and a short description of the visible condition.
Save or share
Preview the Chinese-language PDF, then save a copy to Files or use the iOS share sheet.
Camera not working?
Check that MoveProof has camera access in iPhone Settings, under Privacy & Security, then Camera. To use an existing photo instead, select an item with the app's system photo picker.
Missing a move-out reminder?
A reminder is created only after you actively save it. Check Settings, Notifications, then MoveProof, and confirm the chosen time is still in the future. Do not rely on a reminder as your only moving-day arrangement.
Unable to send the PDF?
First check that the PDF preview opens. Save a copy with Save to Files in the system share sheet. Sending options depend on the apps installed and available on your device.
Delete a record or exported copy
Delete the corresponding move-in or move-out record from the app's records page. Deleting the app removes its local app data. Copies already exported or shared must be deleted separately from their saved location or receiving app.

MoveProof helps you organize and communicate visible conditions. It does not provide legal advice, decide responsibility, manage rent or deposits, resolve disputes, or guarantee deposit recovery.
